New Team Seattle Cooperative Teams
Team Seattle is excited to announce our new cooperative agreement between Snoking Amateur Hockey Association, Seattle Junior Hockey Association, and Kent Valley Hockey Association. We are teaming up to provide the top development and exposure opportunity for Puget Sound players at the Tier 1 level.
Team Seattle offers a combined five rinks to our players and families to support the overall program, on and off the ice. We have organized a plan to primarily use rinks around our main population base for ease of travel. We will then supplement flexible program ice for games and practices during easy commute times to all our rinks. Our teams will have up to 3 practices per week on top of regular games.
Our Tier 1 Coaching Director, Gord Whitaker, will combine with our paid coaches to provide the best experience for our players and families. Coach Whitaker will oversee our coaches training and development program.
We provide a full weekly development model for our players. This includes increased practice hours with increased flexibility around our team’s game schedule. Our teams will play in one of the top Leagues in North America, the Pacific Coast League. Team’s schedules will be supplemented with high level, cost effective tournaments and reasonable travel expectations by age group.
