The Northwest Multiple Listing Service reports that housing sales in Dec. 2009 are up 35% from the same time last year! In addition, housing inventory is down 15% from last year at the same time! With still historic low interest rates and tax credits good through April, now, is the time to buy if you have been sitting on the fence!
