Reserve your table for the 2010 KVHA Auction.
Admission to the auction is $50 per person. Doors open at 5:30 with a silent auction followed by dinner and live auction.
On the dinner menu, your choice of
Herb-Crusted Prime Rib Au Jus with Cream Horseradish Sauce or
Pan-Seared Chicken Breast with Marsala Mushroom Sauce
Click on the form to the right to get a copy of the KVHA Auction Table Reservation form. Fill out the form with the guests you'd like at your table, complete with their contact information and dinner choice and turn your form into the KVHA office. Payment can be made via mail or by phone with Tammy Haywood at (206) 406-8602 or with Lew Sellers at (206) 914-9619 or in person at the KVHA office. Payment options are cash, check, VISA or MasterCard.
