Annual Fund Raising Auction
KVHA's major fund raiser is its annual fund raising auction. Proceeds from the auction benefit the "Fund a Player" scholarship program, training materials for coaches, and assist in holding the line on ice fees. Doors open at 5:00pm
Silent auction tables start closing at 6:15pm
Dinner to be served at 7:00pm

Fill out your table request form and turn it in to the KVHA office with your payment.
Your name will be on file at the registration table auction night.

As planning begins for the 6th Annual KVHA Auction we will would like to encourage our association members to start thinking about procurement for your player and team donations. Please take a look at the procurement ideas list posted on this page to help you get started. Remember to think of businesses that you frequent and friends or family that may have a donation that would be ideal for our auction and serve as your player or team donation.
The procurement deadline for team and player donations is January 7, 2009. If you would like to choose the buy-out option the deadline is December 7, 2008.
The donation expected from each family has a minimum value of $75.00 (or a $100.00 buy-out) and from each team a minimum value of $275.00. Please remember to have the donor completely fill out a procurement form for each item donated and leave a copy with them for their tax records.
